Turkey Dinner and Bazaar for You… | A Special Gift For Us! | October 5, 2017 4:30-6:30 PM

Thank you, Woodbury Peaceful Grove UMC! We are truly grateful to have been chosen for this wonderful gift, to allow us to continue our mission of providing a spiritual community for those in search of growth, healing and Recovery! Please read below, and join us!

Dear Recovery Church of St. Paul,
Woodbury Peaceful Grove UMC, Woodbury Campus, holds a fund raising Annual Turkey Dinner each
October. Half of the proceeds are used for ministries within our church, and half of the proceeds are gifted
to another cause, church, mission, or others. This year, because of the wonderful work you do as a
church, we are gifting those proceeds to you.
In addition, we would like to invite each and every one of you to come join us at the meal; to be part of
that community. Don’t worry if you feel you can’t afford to pay for the ticket, believe me, I get that.
That’s why it says “Suggested Donation” on the ticket. Bring your ticket and donate what you feel you
can at the door. The dinner is complete with the fixings: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy,
sauerkraut, cranberries (if they get to the stores in time), rolls and butter, milk, coffee, water, and of
course, pie!
If you feel compelled to volunteer at the dinner (we would really appreciate that), contact me, Jill Easton,
at 651-336-7215, and we can figure out what will work best for you.
We hope to see many of you at our 92nd Annual Turkey Dinner on Thursday, October 5! Serving times
are from 4:30-6:30. See you Thursday!
Blessings on your day!
